Returns Pertaining to Press-On's

• There are no returns on Press-On's. They are Final Sale
• Upon purchase you will receive a photo confirmation of your Press-On's prior to delivery/pick-up.
• Upon Receipt of your product. If you are not satisfied you may:

                -Request a replacement

                -Request a discount off next service

• To be approved for above stated options you must:

                -Must notify within 1 day of receipt

                -Provide reason 

                -Photo of unused press-Ons 

Service Guarantee on all Nail services:

• There are no refunds. 
• If you are unsatisfied with your nails you must:

                -Let your tech know at the time of your appointment or,

                -Notify same day with reason

             Your service will either be fixed or you will receive a discount off your next service

• If your service fails (breaks, peels, lifts etc) within 3 days you may:

                -Return to have fixed free of charge

                -Return to have removed free of charge

                -Receive a discount towards your next service
